Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to process unless otherwise stated in product description. 

Pre-order item shipping times may vary and will always be estimated and disclosed in product description. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking info has been provided, we are no longer responsible. 

Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages must be filed with the participating delivery service.
